Banklog - almost like getting new bank

Comon has nominated Banklog to be among the twenty best new Danish companies. And since I generally fairly bad to check my bank account, bills payment service, or at all keep track of what I spend my money on, so I think a graphic representation of my consumption every month is very appealing.

Banklog is still in BETA, but once you've gotten your password, it's absurdly easy to get started. 1) Download a CSV file from your online banking. 2) Register / Login. 3) Upload the CSV file. Here you go. In front of me had I now glance overview of my consumption, my income and everything divided in different categories. I uploaded four months back and had about 80 entries that the system is not even able to categorize. Many of them were repeats, why Banklogs auto categorization made it pretty easy to quickly get to the bottom. But to get the best out of what I went through my postings to see which category each entry below. Repayments on my old SU loans were such. categorized as "children". Something worked fine, the second did not. Tomorrow I upload several months back. I might as well have put all data into the system.

The only thing I need is to compare each month, so I can see the changes in my spending. And then I show satisfy the analytical portion. For Banklog makes a sudden my online banking experience much more interesting. It is just to get started, Danish Bank! For once I lack only the ability to transfer funds and pay bills from Banklog, and then I changed bank.

Wordle.net - manual "word cloud"

With Wordle.net it is possible to make a website (with RSS feed) or text and transform it into a word cloud. Who am I? Distinguishes itself by being easy to access (no login) and provides simple options for customization (colors, design, font, orientation). I can also choose language and remove the most frequently used words. The filter may however have been a little skrapere as "so" and "may" for example, appears in the Danish language word clouds.

Below I have put examples into how my blogs have been a little more active in the past, appears in Who am I?: Stemblankt.dk , Re: petition and this blog.

Get (well) started with Twitter

Twitter - http://www.twitter.com/ - has been known in Denmark quite long by now. The first time I heard about the service was possibly about Google's purchase of Jaiku back in October 2007. Immediately defendants' mobile microblogging "me not much, I was missing so much an incentive to jump on the wave. I thought if I could follow Klaus Riskjær, Anders Lund Madsen and Jelved, so it might be interesting to join.

Via Search Engine Journal , one of the countless blogs I follow , I read about WeFollow . WeFollow is a relatively new service which lists the most followed Twitter users in various categories. The contents are of course user-created and the site is quite manageable, as opposed to Twellow (perhaps the name is a reference to the Yellow Pages?).

Barack Obama is second only to CNN Breaking News, but Britney Spears follows closely in the list of the most followed on Twitter.

There is an interview with Lance Armstrong on TechChrunch about using Twitter.
Mikkel Demib recommend you to reserve your Twitter user account before someone else takes your username. (Are you thinking of doing a mash-up site about football, so the user name is available on del.icio.us, vimeo, flickr, and friendfeed ...)

At Checkusersnames.com , which I recently made use of, you suddenly look to see if your username is available on many different services. It may be you need it. Mikkel Demib further notes that the ability to follow subjects up for Twitter users by using their search engine to see what users type, for example. Anders Lund Madsen or who is fun right now .
